Reuters has been attempting to obtain the video under Freedom of Information Act requests since the incident occurred in July, 2007, but the Pentagon blocked all requests.
Wikileaks director Julian Assange said Wikileaks had to break military encryption on the file to view it, and will not reveal how or from whom the file was obtained. The transcript (and audio) seem to show the air crew lying about encountering a firefight. When they finish shooting, they laugh at the dead.
Wikileaks obviously won’t be revealing how they got the video, but thank God they did. How many others are locked away? Keeping these secrets under wraps only serves to protect the pyschos doing the killings under the guise of the ‘US military’, and their commanders and the politicians sending them.
The families of the innocents also don’t get to hear the true story about what happened, or receive any financial aid or help to bring up their families who longer have a father. Children were also targetted in this US military led bloodbath.

Not surprising when you have a hand in a million deaths. Guilt is playing catch up. But again, he has shown NO regret for what has happened. No responsibility. No admittance of guilt. He just wants to stop attending inquiries, and be left alone to enjoy his money from his time at Downing street, and for selling crap books about his time with Blair, ‘the Blair Diaries’. I ask you.

The clocks ticking Campbell. This country has woken up, and the people will take action. Up until now the authorities and the Police are complicit in these crimes as they are taking no action. They are ignoring international law. The Labour Government is fixing things for their own ends.

Don’t forget, just because these individuals are white, middle class, wear suits and don’t physically have blood on their hands……. it doesn’t mean they can get away with genocide, mass murder.

There is no difference in the end result of a million dead people, and millions of peoples lives in tatters. No difference, between them and war criminals from different regions, or eras.

Andrew Marr is a very fair interviewer in all honesty. He isn’t a rottweiler like Paxman, in the good old days. He  did a reasonable job though with his line of enquiry. However individuals like Blair and Campbell and the whole Cabinet from 2002 need Public grillings in UK Legal courts and the International Criminal Courts. They need the most vigorous Lawyers and passioante witnesses to put them under the greatest pressure, so they man up to their failings and shortcomings, and admit to their guilt. Only then can this country try to move on and salvage some International credibility back. Along with ceasing to destroy entire regions, and killing people in their millions.

Also bringing home the reality of actions of voting and sanctioning this wholesale murder that we have brought about. And bankrolling the sort of weapons that we have used, including depleted uranium and weapons of mass destruction ourselves. The irony is sickening.
Blair, Brown and everyone responsible for this crime must be held accountable. It will be a start to remove the stain from our country. The hideous actions that have taken place cannot be removed, and the effects of depleted uranium carry on for generations. But it will be a sign to the world that we will never make this sort of horrendous ‘mistake’ in the future and will put safeguards in our system to try to prevent, at the same time pursuing those responsible for the causes of this. Until they are tried and charged we cannot move forward in any way. Nothing short of a social revolution can change this.

Officers from Scotland Yard have commenced a criminal investigation into the deaths of Iraqi citizens killed during the armed invasion and occupation of Iraq. The Metropolitan Police are acting in response to crimes reported by peace activists from We Are Change UK and The Campaign to Make War History.

In an unprecedented step, the case was handed to the War Crimes division of the Counter Terrorism branch who are now investigating allegations of 14 criminal offences committed by Tony Blair, Lord Goldsmith and others. The offences are under the International Criminal Court Act 2001, which came into effect under English common law, just two days before 9/11.

As of yet, no arrests or charges have been brought against Tony Blair or anyone else from the 2003 Blair Labour Government. Those who submitted evidence and the dosssier were interviewed for six hours at Belgravia Police station on the 20th December 2007. Evidence was provided to the police relating to the crimes of:-

• genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and conduct ancillary to these crimes under Sections 51 and 52 of The International Criminal Court Act 2001.
• a crime against peace and complicity in a crime against peace under Articles 6 and 7 of The Nuremburg Principles.
• murder, incitement to murder and conspiracy to murder under the Offences Against the Person Act 1861.
• conspiracy to commit genocide, a crime against humanity and war crimes under the Criminal Law Act 1977

This is the first time in 150 attempts where the Police (Met.) have actually not thrown people out of the police station or ignored them. Obviously the Police have the job to know the law but are seriosuly lacking in their knowledge of international law, unsurprisingly. Finally, the penny seems to be dropping that the most seriosu charges to ever be brought are right under their noses and they have been blind to it.
